The Prelude Bench was designed for the music lodges at Kunstencentrum Desingel. Meanwhile, the furniture has been distributed for several years by the fantastic Belgian PER/USE. This way, the bench has already ended up in many places from private living spaces to public locations, indoors and outdoors. People choose the sofa because it is heavenly comfortable. The rhythm of the wooden strips and the connection with the fine steel base make this an exceptional design. The tactile nature of the furniture is essential to us. PER/USE calls this furniture 'ergonomic art'.

De Prelude Bank werd ontworpen voor de muziekloges in Kunstencentrum Desingel. Ondertussen wordt het meubel al enkele jaren verdeeld door het fantastische Belgische PER/USE. Zo is de bank al op veel plaatsen terechtgekomen van eigen leefruimtes tot publieke locaties, binnen en buiten. Mensen kiezen de bank omdat ze zalig zit. Het ritme van de houten latjes en de aanknoping met het fijne stalen onderstel maken dit tot een uitzonderlijk ontwerp. De aaibaarheid van het meubel is voor ons essentieel. PER/USE noemt dit meubel ‘ergonomic art’.
